Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
UK ORDERS
Are sent via first class. I buy my postage online and so your order will have a qr code that is scanned on posting and delivery with a GPS fix.
Typically orders arrive within 1-2 days but this isn’t guaranteed.
If it hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after I have posted it, please do let me know so that I can open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it still in the Royal Mail system they will consider it lost and issue compensation so that I can either fully refund you or remake and send again.
Overseas Orders
OVERSEAS ORDERS (NON U.K.)
Are sent via Royal Mail international Tracked so that you can see where your order is on it’s journey to you. Delivery times vary from country to country. Typically orders to the US take around 10 days and orders into the EU around a week. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If it hasn’t arrived 37 working days after I have posted it, please do let me know and I will open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it hasn't had a delivery scan, they will consider it lost and I can either refund or remake for you
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. You can usually find your countries customs charges on your government website.
EU Customers
Since the UK has left the EU, VAT is now payable on orders upon delivery. I cannot submit this for you and don’t have access to the IOSS system which allows these charges to be collected at the checkout. This new system is not easily accessible to small businesses. However, if it is important to you that these are paid in advance (maybe because you are sending someone a gift) You could order through my Etsy Shop instead if that helps. Etsy, being a large marketplace, are set up with the new IOSS system and will collect VAT at the checkout on orders under 150 Euro (sometimes there may be other customs charges, depending on the rules in your country) You can find my Etsy shop here, if you would prefer to use that.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges (See below for exclusions)
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
